Features garage parking, in-unit washer/dryer, fitness center, pool, and club lounge. Close to Spring Creek Trail, Firewheel Golf Park, and HWY 75 access. See "Other Things to Note" for details.

The Space
Built in 2016, the property has all the bells and whistles of modern, city living. Located in the heart of the Richardson's Town Center development, the property is anchored by Whole Foods Market. Outdoor and fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the easy five-minute walk to the Spring Creek Trail and the nearby Firewheel Golf Park. The unit’s wide windows not only bring in natural light but a view of the Pool. In 2021 we added (Goog** - your personal assistant) to our amenities. Ask your personal assistance for weather, traffic updates or relax to some contemporary Jazz or classical music and much more. Just Start with (OK Goog**) and then place your request. You can also ask for recommendations to nearby restaurants and for directions to local stores and entertainment.

Other Things to Note
IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.
Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $350 for 1st pet, plus $250 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.
Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.
Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.
Parking Rules: Use designated spots, avoid fire lanes, handicap areas, and untagged reserved spots. Request a reserved space if needed. Note: Nabro Furnished Housing is not liable for towing fees.
Lost Keys/Fobs: $100 fee for lost keys or fobs.
Utilities: Rent covers $125 for a 2-bedroom unit, incl. electricity, water, trash, and Internet. Conserve to reduce impact; actual costs may vary based on circumstances and rates.
