This is a 1-bedroom (upstairs) unit in a fourplex house situated in the picturesque neighborhood of Cedar Crest in southern Dallas. Sleeping accommodations: (Great for up to 2 guests) 1 queen sized bed This is a spacious 1 Bedroom in a fourplex house. Laundry access is shared with other units. Please note there are stairs leading up to the front door (approx. 15 steps). Parking is on the street. **Due to heating warning ⚠ the AC can't adjust below 70 degrees, if the AC system keeps running 24/7 it will be broken.** Please read before booking: In this neighborhood, you will find an authentic reflection of urban life, with a mix of cultures and backgrounds. Once in a while people do not feel comfortable with this neighborhood. -Please note that we charge a $75 pet fee per pup and additional pets are $50 each which will be charged separately. This does not cover any damage that may be incurred or cleaning up excessive pet hair or waste.
-IMPORTANT: Dog poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the street as there will be a FINE of $200.

As far as bringing a pet, we can not accept pets that are not fully potty trained or will possibly scratch furniture. We have some new furniture inside and will have to do a close inspection before and after to make sure there is no damage which we have to consider in regards to the security deposit, including smell or hair. Guests should be able to clean any hair out before leaving.

- Please make sure to put back the AC remote to its original place when not in use. Damaged/Lost AC remote fee is $200.

-Early check-in fee $50, WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in.
-Late check-out fee, minimum charge of $50(depending on how late), WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us the day before your check-out.

-Any noise/disturbance that causes neighbor disruption will incur a $1000 fee, because that can lead to us being forced off Airbnb by the housing community association.

-STRICTLY NO Smoking allowed. Smoking inside the property is subjected to $750 FINE which will be used to deodorize the home before the next guest arrives.

-There will be a $250 fine if we found our smoking detector is tampered after checkout

REMINDER:
Effective Sep 18, 2022- For any URGENT REPAIRS needed on the property. We always notify our guest immediately, and let our handyman/service company get inside the property even if the guest is not there. Please note this is only for situations that needed an URGENT action to make sure guest's needs are addressed and resolved immediately. Thank you
