"The cottage is comfortable and cozy. The small space is well laid out and has what you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the country setting, yet close to town. I found the bed to be comfortable, but may be too soft and not supportive for a heavier person. Kathryn was very responsive with communications, and we really appreciated the special baked treats. Definitely recommend. "

The overstuffed chair could have used an ottoman because the chair height was uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time. Another condo chair or a love seat would have been great. I was supposed to have another person with me and if they came we wouldn’t have been able to stay because lack of seating. It is a one person cottage the way it’s set up. "Great property. Very cute, but could use some tweaks in functionality, especially if you have luggage for a longer trip. The hanging closet is too close and an awkward reach over the toilet so did not use. Hot water was not consistent and outside security light kept getting triggered, perhaps by a weather vane in the garden. Despite this, loved the complex and the common area. Well located and quiet at night."

"A very tranquil and relaxing setting just a few miles from downtown. The owners were very nice and all the little touches like fresh baked cookies was welcoming. It was very comfortable and homey, which is what my wife wanted. There is no TV or closet per se for clothes so if you really want to unwind this is a good place to do it."

"Excellent location: walkable to downtown; easy access to US highways for day trips (w/in one hour of the coast); quiet, quaint neighborhood. Excellent property: immaculate, well-furnished; kitchen modern, spotless, a cook's heaven--you could effortlessly prepare and host a seven-course, Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. If the host did long-term leases, I'd rent Vine Street Cottage for a year and forego apartment hunting."

"This property is super cute and has everything you need for a short stay. We appreciated having the basic spices available in the cupboard and quality cookware/dinnerware. The k cups were a plus also. The bathroom and kitchen were of substantial size and the bed was very comfortable. The only part we didn’t like was the yard area as you felt like you were right in the owners back yard so it was uncomfortable to be out there. It was set up very nicely, though, with a very cool water feature....

"I needed a place to stay near my grandchildren that was comfortable and provided amenities that would allow me to work remotely. This charming place had everything and more. I had a wonderful month there. "

"We were visiting for a family funeral. This location was beautiful and secluded and gave us the peace we needed to get through a sad time. We loved seeing the wildlife outside the windows and the sound of the creek behind the house. I would love to come back during the summer for a vacation."
