"Overall a good experience. The day of our conference registration the systems were down requiring guest to wait in a longer line and complete manual check-in information. The problem was resolved by the next day. Outside of this, my room was clean, bed comfortable, and enjoyed my stay. There was a problem with getting out of the parking lot regarding payment at the gate. This was likely due to the systems issue at check-in. I was overcharged for parking which was disappointing. Otherwise, the hotel is within a few minutes of excellent restaurants and things to do for families, groups, etc. "

"Jones, the GM, was fantastic. He was noticeably busy but he did great to serve my family as we were coming from a long drive from SC. He also was considerate and friendly. Spoke to us normally and offered a smile the whole time. I also heard from another worker that he worked a double shift that afternoon and through to the next morning. He gave us a smile despite working over 15 hours. Please be generous and considerate when dealing with staff and also advocate for higher pay. I know it’s their job but he was left to cover two new hire’s shifts while leaving a wife and young child at home. "
