In the winter months, the Sonnenkopf ski area makes the heart of all winter sports enthusiasts beat faster. With an altitude of up to 2,300 m, the Sonnenkopf in the Klostertal near the Arlberg is considered particularly snow-sure. Until late spring, skiers can discover the total of 31 km long slopes of the natural snow area for themselves. Europe's largest man-made salt cave is just a few meters away and offers a more tranquil setting.
