"Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Wide menu (but for room service, double-check that the menus match up to ensure the dishes are available!) The beach club was super relaxing and the breakfast buffet was really good. Front desk give good recommendations for the local area Only cons for us - slight delay in housekeeping requests and the live music events were a bit short. We will be back. Special shout out to Ann, Fode and Alex on the front desk for being very helpful and kind! Б"

"Room recently remodeled -- nice and tidy. Still working on remodeling throughout, can get noisy at times. Front desk staff a real mixed bag. Night before departure, asked guy on duty for a 14:00 checkout, he said no problem...great! However, next day, my key stopped working at 12:00, lady then on duty told me I'd have to pay 49 Euros and then I can stay until 19:00. This was overkill so I had to negotiate to just get into my room and pack up immediately. Ugh. "

"After considering Terrou-Bi, Pullman, Radisson, and Azalaï, I chose Azalaï for my 8-night stay, and it exceeded all my expectations. Building and Facilities: __The hotel is spotless and stunning, from the rooms to the terrace. The pool is a highlight—safe, judgment-free, and offering spectacular ocean and garden views. The food is consistently delicious, and dining with those views is a real treat. Staff & Service: __ While the hotel itself is stunning, it’s the staff that truly made my stay exceptional. They were incredibly warm and welcoming, especially with my daughter. Special thanks to Awa, Marieme, Coumbis, Oumoul, Dior, and Bass in the restaurant, as well as a staff member who became my daughter’s favourite during our stay. The reception team—Josephine, Mbaye, Jessica, Adrien, and Allasane—were fantastic. A big thank you to Madame Sadio for ensuring everything was perfect."
