This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental is small in size but comes equipped with everything you need for a stress-free lake vacation including in-unit laundry and a full kitchen. Step outside after your morning cup of coffee and walk right to the shore of Ellison Creek Reservoir where you can spend days boating or borrow a kayak to explore the area. At the end of another great day, grab a cold one and watch the Texas sun set over the water.

My best friend and I were in town for a genealogy research trip and had a choice of staying in a hotel or a super cool tiny house (a first for both of us) and we're happy to say we made the right choice! Besides the novelty of it all (how do they fit all those perfectly-sized amenities into such a small space?) we enjoyed the lake access, Caddo (the resident cat), and the solitude. It may have been a first for us, but it certainly won't be the last time!

Girls Trip!
From the time we arrived to the tiny house to the time we left everything exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were comfortable and spacious for a tiny home. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. They made available to us the use of the kayak, which we took advantage of to enjoy the beautiful lake. I highly recommend if you want to go stay in a tiny house on a beautiful lake this is your place.

Sweet little tiny house
We loved our stay at this tiny house. Perfect location near the lake. Everything was clean and perfect. Caddo (the outdoor cat) was a highlight of the trip for us. Slight traffic on the road during day and night but it didn’t bother us. AC takes a minute to cool off the tiny home, but is wonderful once she catches up! DoorDash and Instacart deliver here. We had the best time. We can’t wait to go back.

Charming and relaxing
This tiny house was just darlin and perfect for my husband and I to steal away to from Dallas! Peaceful and quiet, we enjoyed cooking small meals and enjoyed a glass of complimentary wine from the host! The lake behind the main house was beautiful and a nice breeze could be found sitting out on the deck! Daingerfield State Park was super close and a perfect hike and so many water activities there and lots of picturesque views for pictures! We enjoyed our stay and the host was easily accessible and always available. We will be back for sure!
