For a special treat, fire up the gas grill for a country cookout, and later, gather around the wood-burning firepit for s'mores and conversation under the stars.

After the day's adventures, unwind at home while taking in the mountain views from the private deck, or settle in beside the sleek electric fireplace and enjoy a family movie night in the living room. Head upstairs for happy hour entertainment in the game room, equipped with comfortable seating, a four-seater game table, a bar cart, and wall-mounted smart TV. For at-home mealtimes, the full kitchen features a sparkling suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
