The Chestatee River Oasis features a cozy open-concept living area with a fireplace and easy access to the deck through sliding glass doors. The kitchen, complete with custom cabinetry and all the appliances you need—including a double convection oven—is perfect for feeding a hungry crowd. There are twin master bedrooms on the first floor, each with double vanities, tile throughout, and walk-in showers.

Up in the loft, you'll find a separate living/entertaining space with a sofa that opens into a queen bed, a game table with a selection of games, a wet bar, and a stunning wall of windows showcasing the river view. The third bedroom and bath are also located on this level. Whether you're looking for a peaceful river getaway or an adventure, our home is the perfect spot.

Dahlonega and the surrounding area offer plenty to do. Located at the southern end of the Appalachian Mountains, you can enjoy kayaking, canoeing, tubing, horseback riding, and fishing. The 19th-century town square is the city center and boasts incredible food, wine tasting rooms, antique shops, and more. There are so many wineries in the area, you'll need more than a weekend to visit them all. Come and explore!
