"Very windy location. Main front door is closed and locked due to windy condition. Room is spotless and very luxurious, but privacy curtain outside of bathroom is a bit strange. Not much around the area but the stay includes all meals and late night snacks, so a bonus. View is spectacular, though limited by the weird structures outside of the balcony."

"You will need a car to stay here, as it is a little ways to any of the Kenting attractions. Google Maps had a problem finding this place -- the location shown was almost correct, but it took us to a small dead-end street on the backside of the BnB/hotel, which did not get us there. The place itself is very nice, clean, new and quiet. Breakfast is not a buffet - you have the choice of a congee meal or a breakfast sandwich (at least when we were there). The owners are very nice. The lady speaks...

"At the time we were about to check in the coordinator took long time to confirm my booking which I had paid off via credit card, but it turns out to be overbooking, the coordinator tried to offer a room in another inn but it didn't seem as good as the one I booked,so we just refused to stay and requested for refund. Management is not well organized and personnel is lack of the ability to handle emergencies. Need training!!"
