"Ich habe jeden Teil meiner Erfahrung hier geliebt. Es war ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Hotel, der Pool und die Sauna waren großartig und das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten."

"Good hotel close to the centre. In my opinion they should be giving double size duvet and two pillows for double bed (instead of single) and there should be a kettle in the room. Overall great staff and good facilities. "

"It was clean although the walls were very thin. Area was a bit weird, also no staff on site and the balconies are all joined (no separations). For a solo female traveller I would think twice about staying here again."

"The air conditioning barely worked. The supposedly great restaurant was “on vacation” - during peak tourism season! There was no extra lock on my room door or chain for security. Although I hung out the sign saying I did not want housekeeping, the housekeeping staff opened my door (because there was no way to lock it) while I was undressed so I had to yell at them to stop. The light switches are so complicated that even the staff found it difficult to explain them. If there was a safe for valuables it was cleverly concealed. And the “director” (manager) of the hotel was too arrogant to make time to speak with me about my concerns. The staff were nice enough, but the management is off the charts stupid, arrogant, or both. This place does not deserve your business."
