"The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. When we had an issue with the A/C in our room, the employee we spoke to showed genuine concern and sent a technician to our room within minutes. Although the room lacked a closet, it was just what we needed since we spent most of our time exploring Seoul. Complimentary breakfast and coin laundry were definitely huge perks. The location of hotel was perfect especially since it’s above Hongdae Station and within a 5 minute walk of the main shopping street. I’d definitely stay here again. "

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay there went smoothly and that all our needs from transportation to fresh linens were easily accessible. The only drawback was that their washing/drying machine would intermittent dry the clothes. But other than that, this was an excellent experience and we would like to stay again!"
