"We enjoyed our stay at the Kookaburra Cottage immensely. The biggest drawcard was probably the location, short walk to the town centre yet quiet and we still got to enjoy the wildlife experience with Kookaburras, kangaroos, and an echidna around the corner! The indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit was enjoyed by the family. The heating in the cottage was very adequate which made for a cosy and comfortable stay. Communication response from the host was prompt and helpful. It was our little home...

"The perfect place to stay in the Grampians with a dog! Such a fantastic property and heaps of space for the dog to run around. Perfectly well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Only 10 minutes drive from Halls gap too. We had such a great time and would definitely look to stay here again."

"We love the unit which backs onto the reserve at the back. The view is lovely of kangaroos and emus from the back windows. The nice big dining table is good for playing games on. The only problem is the parking as we had to reverse in our cars because our unit is the back unit and the back car port is shared. If the front unit has its own car port in front then the parking problem would be solved."

"When we go away we want a place that's clean and warm. If it's in a good spot it's a bonus. Parkview South was clean, warm and situated in a fabulous location. Overlooking the football oval you had your own almost private zoo. Kangaroos, joeys, emus, rosellas and galahs greeted us at various times. Pleasant walks were easily accessible and it was only minutes to the shops on foot. The guidebook, down loadable to your phone, was very comprehensive and provided step by step instructions for...
