Killen Time on Lake Martin is a spacious 3000+ sq ft home with 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The house is beautifully decorated with a rustic cabin feel. There is a car port with parking for 2 vehicles and ample space for additional vehicles and or boat trailers. A stationary and floating dock can accommodate your boat or jet skis.
The main level consists of a well stocked kitchen with an island and a dining area that has a table for 6. The family room is large with a vaulted ceiling, a gorgeous stone wood burning fireplace, and a wall of windows to take in the view of the water. The partially covered deck has a beautiful slate floor, seating area, and a table for 4. It is the best place to relax and enjoy the spectacular view! The master bedroom is located on this level, it has a private bathroom with double vanities and separate large tub and shower. There are french doors that lead out to the deck for a great spot to sit and enjoy the lake view. Two more bedrooms are also on this level, both have queen beds and they share a full bath with a tub and shower.
The lower level boasts a large rustic family room/rec area with a 75 inch tv for watching movies or sporting events, and a table that seats 4 which is also great for games and puzzles. There are 3 additional bedrooms on this level. Two of these very large bedrooms have beautiful views of the lake. One has a queen bed and the other contains an adjustable king bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 full beds and a large tv. A full bath with a tub/shower combo and a laundry room with finish out this level. Double french doors lead out to the beautiful lower patio with a seating area and table for 6. It is a short walk with a gentle slope down to the lake and dock.
There is a hammock near the water and an outdoor shower area for rinsing off after enjoying the water. We provide 2 kayaks and a stand up paddle board for guests use, (no life vests are provided so please bring your own).
There are Nest surveillance cams on the exterior corners of the house. All are facing outward and do not have views of inside the house.
