"The property itself was great, staff were helpful, rooms fantastic and choice of food was wonderful! Area around the property did not feel super safe at night but it was in close location to attractions so catching a taxi was easy enough!"

"Front desk girl could be more professional and polite. If they ask for “2nd ID”, it means another id of same person and not the other person. Could have simply asked for ID of other guest and not try to show arrogance."

"The check-in was slow i was made to sit for long and guest coming after me were attended to by loveen at reception. Having seen this in had to be assertive ask her to attend to me on priority. After which she was trying to give me twin bedroom although I had specified during booking for a king size bed. "Wonderful experience during our stay and the service provided by Aruna’s team was exceptional. I would like to specifically acknowledge the following members for their outstanding support, Nikhil in restaurant , Rohit and Vinod for their assistance while we were dining . Aruna was amazing and generously offered us a free upgrade. Had booked three rooms. Anjali from Reception, whose professionalism stood out. Special mention to Abhishek from Reception, who was extremely warm and courteous throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the curated services and the local cuisine flavors added a delightful touch to our stay. Thank you once again for making our visit memorable. "Staff is very polite and food is amazing. Also, the best part is that property is nature friendly, they haven’t cut down the trees and made them as part of property. The view is amazing here and just to add - the security guard here plays very good flute which is very soothening. More things to do here - indoor games, outdoor games and a swimming pool."

"Indoor Pool & Gazebo is the strength , they have beautiful lake with water sports activities available so it’s fun to stay inside the property as well. Pounta sahib gurudwara is also 30-40 min drive from here & Nahan is also with 25-30 min range. not to much option available near the property but worth staying for at least 2 nights "
