"Not the best location, there wasn’t any toilet paper or hand soap. Had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to come on reception to check us in. Very rude and dismissive staff. Rooms were cold, no hot water in the shared bathroom. Walls were thin so could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and outside the door. "

"Good: Felt very safe at the accommodation and it was very clean and comfortable. Would stay and recommend to others. Very walkable to everything you need (shops) and to walk around Budapest. The self check in and access to rooms was cool and easy, only comment is that it becames a bit clunky and slow to use when going through multiple doors and when your phone is trying to connect to the WiFi. "Where do I start with this hostel. I should have know to turn around from the moment I got out of the cab. There is no signage and at night it was scary to try and find the entrance. We were greeted by a nice gentleman who swiftly gave us our room keys but, when we opened our room doors we stood in the hallway in disbelief as we had to wait for a few spiders to make their way into the hallway. There is no AC so windows were left open prior to our arrival. Our room had so many bugs it was insane....

"Hostel has easy access to transport and only takes 20 minutes to be in the city centre. Nice to have a shower and fridge in the room. Could do with a fan as it is super hot but you have to pay for it per day. Internet is very poor due to so many people being there. Kitchen's not very clean but work ok. Bathrooms fine. Staff helpful."
