Hi this was excellent hotel. Staff are friendly and always there to help. When we arrived we were greeted by Jay and his team and they went out there way to make comfortable arranged travel arrangements for us booked restaurants and also organised Taxis. Breakfast was good and a special vegetarian menu if you are vegetarian. Nancy was excellent as well she always looked after us well. I would highly recommend this hotel and staff. Spa was excellent as well.

Kathy was fantastic! She welcomed me with a warm smile and made the check-in process quick and easy. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything I needed. My room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options. Overall, an excellent stay made even better by Kathy’s outstanding service. Lovely modern hotel, spacious rooms. Lovely spa, we had a great time. Lots of variety with breakfast but would suggest having more options for people who don’t eat pork. Shuttle to the old town is lovely but increased frequency would be preferred. It’s easy to get a “Grab” though so not a problem. Staff is super lovely. Lily, Ame and many others thank you for making our stay so nice.

Nancy is very friendly and helpful. I had a bad fall at Old Town due to slippery ground. Nancy recommended local ointment White Tiger balm to apply. It helped in reducing some pain. Jessie is another staff who is friendly and cheerful. Highly recommend for a memorable stay.

Nice and clean room with stable wifi and smart TV. Good breakfast spread. Play area with colouring activities for kids. Staff from housekeeping to bellboys are all very personable and helpful, especially Lily whom we could Whatspp-text for info and massage bookings, and also Nancy who is very hospitable. In-house massage was one of the best I’ve had that we had daily appointments! 10-15 mins drive to Ancient Town, 10-15 mins drive to Hoi A Memories Land, 30 mins drive to VinWonders, 5 mins walk to local market. Highly recommended for a cozy and comfortable stay in Hoi An!

Super friendly staff especially Amie and Jessi. They went above and beyond. Rooms were well appointed and the daily cakes and biscuits were a lovely touch. Both pools were nice, but potentially a few my sun loungers are required for busier periods. Breakfast was incredible and amazing variety. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Hoi An.

The hotel is very clean and modern, very comfortable. It’s conveniently located from the beach and old town. Free shuttle service provides easy transportation for going out. The staffs from house keeping to doormen are friendly and helpful. Lily is the most courteous, friendly and always provides valuable information and suggestions with our questions. We stayed in one of the Presidential suite rooms. The amenities were very nice, including the welcoming gifts of food and wine in the room, many certificates for discounts on dining and services, the spa pool in the suite, and a second en-suite bathroom. Ame, in charge of Guest Relations, was always quick to anticipate our needs. She looked after us, making sure we took advantage of services and discounts for things. She was a real professional, but also a genuinely sweet and friendly person. All around it was a five star experience.

Staying at the Grand Sunrise Palace Hotel in Hoi An has been an absolute pleasure. The Management and staff, especially Aimee, Kathy, and Lilly, and Nancy have been so welcoming and attentive—they’ve really made my stay special. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that it changes daily. The decor throughout the hotel is stunning, with a high-end. The rooms themselves are beautifully designed, with crown molding, soft lighting, and all the amenities you could want, it feels modern and luxurious. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An. Update after having dinner The dining experience at Sunflower in the Grand Sunrise Palace, Hoi An, is nothing short of culinary perfection. Each dish is a masterpiece, crafted with the utmost attention to detail and bursting with authentic Vietnamese flavors. The Banana Flower Salad with Shrimp and Meat was a revelation. The tender shrimp paired with the delicate crunch of banana flower, harmonized with the rich savory meat, created a texture and flavor symphony that was both refreshing and deeply satisfying.

The hotel in general and our room in particular were absolutely lovely. The staff were attentive and always helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was excellent, huge choice of options, the only small niggle being the extra charge for a European-style coffee (but that was still very cheap). In terms of design, I'm not a fan of the bathroom being separated from the bedroom by just a curtain - I wouldn't even want that with a partner, and it seems even less sensible when it's a twin room - but we knew about that before booking, and it really wasn't an issue. In terms of location, it's not the most central, but once we discovered that a taxi was only about £2, we ceased to worry. Hoi An itself is a delightful place to spend time, and we'd also recommend the day trip to the old capital of Hue. Overall, a wonderful stay, highly recommended.
