Location and room were okay. Front desk service was unpleasant. I booked at last minute. Clerk said sale staff was off due to holiday so couldn't check online system for my booking, ask asked repeatedly how much I paid Expedia for the room. I insisted on getting a room because I had paid. Clerk called sale staff then handed me the phone. Sale staff asked repeatedly how much I paid Expedia. After I said $35, sale staff said no standard room available, and I would need to be upgraded to a VIP room for an additional charge of $15! I said I was not happy. Sale staff said it was a discount. I didn't want to argue anymore and agreed to pay another $15 to end the negotiation. Clerks were pushy and not honest (people were off, system was closed due to holiday). It was 2PM on Sat. April 16, 2016.
