Step into Casa de Tan, a luxurious, spacious apartment of 88m2 located on Da Nang's prime beachfront. Our well-designed apartment encompasses two bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfectly accommodating up to 5 adults and 2 children under 6.

The indulgent master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, where you can relax in the bath while overlooking the dynamic city views. The second bedroom, fitted with a queen-size bed, offers a cozy space for restful sleep.

Picture yourself savoring breakfast in our fully-equipped kitchen or unwinding in the living room, where floor-to-ceiling windows present captivating views of the Son Tra mountain, the city, and the sea.

Convenience is at your fingertips with a free washing machine and dryer within the apartment. Go up to the 32nd floor to access our free swimming pool from 6.30 to 21.00; remember to bring your own towels.

Guests staying from 4 nights: FREE 1 cleaning time
- If the customer needs cleaning, the price is 200,000/service (without changing the pillowcase). If you change the pillowcase, it costs 300,000
- Swimming pool: on the 32nd floor (6:30 am - 21:00 pm) FREE (guests bring their own towels to use and remember to bring them back).
