Felt so insulted when they downgrade my room.
Normally stay at this hotel every time we visited Da Nang to see our family once a yr. This trip I recommended my whole family to stay here. Worst experience ever for two night. The hotel had a tour booking so on 2nd night the hotel force us to downgrade & stay in standard room when we booked for deluxe room, just bcos they don't have enough room for their group. Room was smelly, was not clean properly, breakfast was closed at 8am & force us to choice from the menu when it was buffet. Service so poor no one came to help us with our luggage. Seem like they dont need our business anymore. Don't brother staying here, not worth the money. U can get better room, better price at more convenience location. I only recommended bcos of their previous service. But this trip was the biggest disappointment ever. They even forgot to give us back our passport, when we asked for it. Bcos of the hotel rush, we left thinking we got everything. Half way to Hue, realise our passport still with them. Causing so much drama when we have to drive back & delay 2hrs of our trip & more money spent bcos of their lack of responsibility. Will never ever return. Avoid hotel like this, standard is 1 star only.
