"Overall it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement. Pros: -Clean and well-maintained rooms. -Accessible for people with special needs. -Convenient location, just 15 minutes on foot from the Old Town Square, perfect for exploring Krakow. Cons: -The check-in process was a bit challenging. It would have been much easier to have key lockers available for guests. Hotel in heart of old town of Krakow

"Traditional Polish in a very convenient position a few metres from the main square, so a huge choice of places to eat amongst the historic buildings. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom; very helpful reception staff; breakfast buffet had good quality food options."

"Very easy process. We stayed here as our flight arrived late to krakow. The access to the hotel was very easy and the room was perfect for our needs. The staff at reception were very helpful and polite. "
