"The road to the hotel is terribly broken, so that the water from the rain stayed in that wholes, so that it wasn't possible to get inside of the taxi. The room was very clean, however it was cold and noise from the neighbours (coming from opening and closing the doors, from corridor) was very loud so it was seeming that there is no any walls there. "The hotel was very well kept, very clean, warm and comfortable and the staff were lovely and very professionall. It was very handy to stay before or after going to Pyrowice airport, with a taxi there being 100 zloty. There was no vegetarian starter option available but one was adapted on request. The food at dinner was lovely. We also walked from Byton town center so that is an option as it is not too far at just over a kilometer"

"Beautiful structure is in an excellent position, close to the tram stop and in the area you can easily find parking. Abundant and excellent quality breakfast. The room upon our arrival had hairs both on the bed and in the bathroom. The reception staff very cold and unprofessional."

"It is practical when you arrive in the evening. It is comfortable, clean, there works nice staff, the have a good bar, i.e. good beverages and food. The vicinity to the airport, the car rental and the rail station is perfect! Thanks!"

"The noise from corridor was uncomfortale. The hot water takes some time, separate faucet for cold and hot water - prolonging time, wasting of water. Low light in bathroom.. No refrigerator, from the web it was not clear that the bella note is separate building. But the room are very nice, personal very nice as well."
