"The hotel is beautiful, all the areas are clean. The staff was nice, helpful and fast. Everything is perfect except the soundproofing of the room. I've been woken up in the next room since 4:30. You can hear absolutely everything, including small noises such as the mobile phone charger being pulled out of the socket. Putting things on the table, etc..."

"We stayed at one Lelia hotel during our trip to the north of the Czech Republic. The hotel is pleasant, free parking is available, a good restaurant in the hotel."

"It was a clean, comfortable place. The only negatives were that breakfast was meager but ok and at 4 am the food truck came and there was so much noise transporting the food to the hotel. It woke us up. Also, the water in our room wasn’t as hot as it should have been. "

"Enkelt hotell med bra sängar. Vi hade en lägenhet högst upp i huset som fungerade bra. Badrummet bör ha ett duschdraperi för vattnet kom ut på hela golvet när man duschade. Ingen hiss. "

"The hotel is in wonderful, quiet garden. The breakfast was excellent. Online check in was not too complicated. The only thing i would mention is that the beds are rather small and very firm."

"Good value for money but DO NOT stay here if you want to sleep past 6 in the morning. Room above plays very loud music from 5am every morning. Spoke to reception didn’t do anything to resolve the problem "

"I need to say that I paid this property and not staying even overnight. Very dirty, the towel Very Very dirty. Staff don't know what to do. I definitely making complaints and want money back. "

"While most likely still the best in town, it is pricey for the quality: unvacuumed carpets, very dirty inside window panes, overall weird/awkward interior design. Comfy mattress, breakfst very good. Dining very expensive for quality & region. Property clearly banking on total lack of competition. Would stay again for about 30% lower price."

"Wir sind planmäßig angereist und mussten feststellen, dass das Objekt bereits vermietet ist. Der Vermieter war nicht erreichbar. Seine Eltern bedauerten das sehr, konnten uns aber nicht weiter helfen. Die Buchung wäre nicht eingegangen. Wir hatten aber die Bestätigung über Fe-Wo direkt bekommen und das Quartier bereits bezahlt. Es wurde uns keine Alternative Unterbringung angeboten oder organisiert. "This is a beautiful hotel. It's stunning from a distance and up close. You can see it from the road; it's an impressive manor. The staff were very polite and helpful, and spoke good English. The room was lovely, with vaulted ceilings and doors, and you feel like a king. The restaurant was very nice, and the food incredible and worth the money. Breakfast was fantastic and there was a lot of variety. Would stay again."

"Everything was fine. Excellent and friendly service Two suggestions to the manager: 1. This category of hotel usually offers tea/coffee facilities in the room- keep this standard 2.The bed was quite uncomfortable- two single mattresses of poor quality . On a king or queen bed- put a matching mattress not two put together "
