"The home was very nicely decorated with comfortable couches and chairs, a separate little sitting room and the back enclosed porch was also very nice with a couple tables and chairs, but you could also use some of the several beach chairs for seating there or on the very large back wooden deck if needed. If you have dogs, bring Towels for feet wiping as the yard around the deck was mostly dirt while we were there. The kitchen literally has everything you would need with more than enough dishes, silverware, extra sharp knives which was a plus, and even 2 very large pots for Italian meals or if your into cooking crabs! Every room( and front and back porches), have ceiling fans. And every room has access to a bathroom with the 2 upstairs bedrooms joined by a jack and Jill bath, the master has an en suite, and the 2nd downstairs bedroom has access to the hall bath right outside their door. For little ones, there are gates, I saw a pack n play, cribs in 2 of the bedrooms, and even a box fan to be used outside a little ones room for sound control after they go to bed if you don’t have a noise machine. Meal seating had a large table for 6, another with 4, 2 more on the porch and then a card table with 2 more chairs. The neighborhood is small but a nice little walk. The marina is a 2 minute walk; and from the dock, in direct site when Beaufort puts off fireworks! We look forward to staying here again for sure and highly recommend it!"

"The coastal casa was beautiful. We stayed here for my sons graduation from the Marine Corp boot camp. The place was clean, neat and quiet. Water views were absolutely gorgeous!! Thank you so much!! "

"This cottage is so comfy and cozy! We were thrilled to arrive and find easy contactless check in. This is a perfect place to stay for Marine Corps Graduation as it is less than a 10 minute drive. There is a Publix close by which carries all our favorites brands and a Chick Fil A! The host has the cottage decorated with a home away from home feel. Little touches make it perfect such as the board games, Epson Salt Bubble bath, soft towels, and Mrs. Meyers Hand Soap. The master bed is super comfy and the sofa is perfect for watching TV as a family. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. You can hear the roosters in the morning and enjoy nature sipping your coffee on the balcony. Everything was perfect! Thank you so much!"

"We walked into a very well appointed and decorated one bedroom condo with a gorgeous view of a lowland marsh. The tides were WAY cool! Our grandson graduated from Parris Island. The condo was small but provided the two of us just what we needed. I baked two pies there for family day (brought my own stuff for that). The condo is clean and about three minutes to PI. Also near a Food Lion, a few restaurants (we loved Panda), and the Devil Dog Store. The owners are the most responsive I believe we’ve EVER had (we travel a lot). Any questions jist reach out. "We visited Beaufort for a family wedding and selected this home to rent. Home is a little older but price fit the home. Communication with the owner was easy and check-in was effortless. I recommend this home for anyone wanting a cost efficient place to stay. "

"We were attending my nephews graduation from Parris Island on Nov. 2 we stayed here and were glad we did! The location was perfect. Only 9 minutes from the base. We never left Port Royal during our stay. Lots of dining options. Madisons and the Fish camp were great. The shell ring brewerie was great, good beer. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, walked to most locations. They have five bikes. Highly recommend! Kristi was great."
