"I was trying to ask for an early check in I got there at around 1230 I was denied it is only exclusive for Hilton customers but I am a Hilton customers it is just hard to book in their site that's why i always use Expedia. I actually called customer service that i do not find it user friendly or maybe it is just me. The service was good and i am satisfied only on that instances that I felt like they allowed the people before us because they are Hilton members. Thats all but after that they allowed us since it is 130pm already."

"Great property, clean home, great pool, nice grill. The property manager, Alina, was quick to respond. Booking, check in and check out experience was easy. Overall 5 stars. The only thing we have to mention is that some windows couldn't be locked because the window locks appeared to be broken. And the middle bedroom on the left side with the east facing window should have room darkening curtains due to the bright morning sun. Otherwise, "

"We have rented many houses over the years. A few even in the Palm Coast/Flagler area. Some were great some okay. This particular home quickly became our latest favourite. We particularly liked the layout with the master bedroom at one end and the other 2 at the other end offering a nice level of privacy. The beds/linens were extremely comfortable. Overall decorating was tasteful and elegant. A few updates in patio furniture department would be a welcome addition although there was nothing terribly wrong with the current offering. Otherwise furnishing inside and out were very relaxing/comfortable.A gas grill would be nice to replace the griddle as the latter was not fully maintained as it should and limited our cooking options. Otherwise the home was equipped with every imaginable kitchen utensil. Very impressive!Located on a small lake and a quiet neighborhood gave us a true sense of piece and serenity.Small issues were quickly attended to by Leyla who was a friendly and overall tremendous host.We spent 4 weeks here and we were truly sad to have to leave. We're hoping to extend our stay the next time we travel to the area. "

"We have booked a lot of VRBO stays, and this home is my favorite so far. The space was absolutely perfect for us. One level, lots of room to spread out in, the indoor-outdoor space, the hot tub, the quiet neighborhood...all of it added up to an incredibly relaxing week. Host was quick to respond with answers to questions. In addition, the home looks exactly like the pictures, which isn't always the case with rentals. I highly recommend this home and would absolutely stay there again. "

"Dealt with bedbugs in 1 upstairs bed, my daughter was eaten alive first 2 days and eye swelled shut and wrist was swollen and painful. Wasnt happy at all and barely got reimbursed for our troubles!"
