"Staff extremely friendly and helpful, especially Lavante at Beau’s Restaurant. Only spent one night but my wife and I had a very enjoyable anniversary celebration. Plan to come back every year to celebrate it."

"Took my daughter for a little staycation in beachwood, and check in was a breeze! The Staff was very friendly and we received a treat bag with joining the members program. My daughter loved that, room was very clean and inviting. The entire building was very clean and up to date. The pool was nice kinda cold my daughter said, but hot tub very nice and warm! We would’ve enjoyed our stay more if the other guests were more friendly and considerate. They had a lot of children that yelled the entire time and splashed in pool. Very inconsiderate. Also they just seemed very hostile, it was uncomfortable. The only other negative was the shower pressure was very low and took forever to wash my daughter’s hair. And the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. But overall it was a good time."
