Our 120 m² apartment in Cuxhaven-Döse is very quiet in a row house with only 2 residential units. The apartment is set up for 4 people.
This is on the 1st Upper and top floor and has a 15 m² south-west balcony.
The entrance area is furnished with a wardrobe and shoe rack so that sandy or dirty clothes can be stored there. There is also space for strollers, handcarts (available), etc.
The apartment has a large living room with dining area (approx. 33 m²). Here you will find a large corner sofa with sleeping function, dining table with 6 chairs, TV wall with Panasonic flat screen TV / satellite TV, small stereo system with radio and CD, as well as a sideboard including some games and books.
The modern kitchen with 4 seats is equipped with high-quality electrical appliances, such as a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and refrigerator, as well as all the necessary dishes, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, microwave and a Nespresso machine.
The guest toilet, like the living room and kitchen, is on the 1st OG.
On the top floor you will find a large bedroom (25 m²) with a 2 x 2 m bed and a large wardrobe. A baby bed is also available.
In the second bedroom (15 m²) there are two beds (1.40 x 2 m and 90 x 2 m) and a smaller closet and a closet with plenty of storage space.
The 10 m² bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a Siemens washing machine.
WiFi access is available.
It is only about 8 minutes by bike or about 15 minutes on foot to the Döser sandy beach or Grimmershorn Bay.
Two large parking spaces are located directly on the Döser sandy beach in front of the dike, so that you can easily drive up by car.
A baker is on foot and supermarkets are easily accessible by bike or car.
There are various restaurants in the surrounding area.
The apartment has a parking space and a communal garden. Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed if required.
For all overnight stays, our linen package (1 x bed linen, 1 towel and 1 shower towel per person) is already included in the rental price.
For legal reasons, the final cleaning must be shown as part of the rent.
In addition, there are the spa contributions per person (from 16 years) according to the valid cure contribution statute of the city of Cuxhaven. These are to be taken by the landlord and forwarded to the city. The spa contributions are currently for season A (01/01/01 - 07/01, 04/15 - 28/04, 01/05 - 31/10 and 23/12 - 31/12) 2 , € 80 per person per day and for season B (other times) € 1.80 per person per day.
In addition to the existing tourist tax, the city of Cuxhaven will also levy an overnight stay tax (bed tax) of 2.75% on the room price (gross overnight stay price) from 01.03.2018, as long as you do not spend the night on business.
This amount is already included in the rental price.
Please note that pets are not allowed in the apartment.
