"The hostel is average. Breakfast was good. The double room with a bathroom has 4 beds and is spacious however the bathroom/ toilet is very very small. Overall enjoyed our stay however expected little more cleanliness. Staff is super helpful, they turned the radiant heater On upon request."

"Matteo was an excellent host. Super friendly and helpful. We went to Bergamo for a small little hiking holiday. Matteo suggested some routes and also some sightseeing opportunities in the area. At first we didn't select the dinner option, but after arriving late, we figured let's do the first night....and then we had dinner every night! "The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "
