What do you expect for the price?
It's a very affordable hotel maybe 15 to 20 minutes from the city center. Bring your own shampoo as it's bot included. That kind of place. It's clean enough, but definately not the cleanest.

On the plus side, lovely rooms and a great shower in a good location. If the service was even slightly ok they would have gotten 5 stars. 

The two guys running this place were weird from the get go. We booked a cheap rate (if you don’t want people to book them then don’t sell rooms at that price, it’s your business afterall). On check in they refused to give us towels even though it was clearly stated in our booking as included which we showed them, still they refused saying that our booking was too cheap to include towels. Way to make us feel welcome! However we liked the room so much that we ended up extending our initial two nights to four. 

As we needed something to shower with and clean the leaking water off the bathroom floor my boyfriend took some towels from the kitchen upstairs. We had it hanging in our window and they came into our room and once again yelled at us about towels. 

By the third day we were out of toilet paper and when we asked for more the lady at reception told us “no only the man can give it out”, very odd. Add that to the fact that the room wasn’t cleaned for 4 days even though we had two different reservations. 

On check out they screamed at us until we went back up too the room where they proceeded to yell about towels again. Eventually we were allowed to check out... but forget storing your bags when we asked the guy just kept screaming “you leave now!”, the only place in a year of traveling Latin America that we wouldn’t trust to store bags.

The price is reasonable but they did not provide towel as the confirmed information said, when I asked the front desk, he said it is economic room, thus no towel! They also wanted to charge me more than what my booking indicated, thank Hotel. Com service staff’s help, at the end I paid the price stated in my booking! Not a pleasant experience sadly

This hotel is very hard to find. There’s no sign of the hotel. I find it’s location on google map but still could not find it. There is similar apartment around and I went to the wrong one. The room is spacious and clean. No drinking water or coffee maker. Breakfast was very simple, just tea and bread. I host charged me US$20 in cash though my book with Expedia was US$15.

Hotel was nice and clean close to the city center. Only one thing what I didn’t like: we booked one night then we booked two more nights for two days later. We had to pay for all three nights in one go because the receptionist said otherwise she would cancel our reservation. Which was a bit weird. .. but otherwise everything was fine. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

they cancelled my reservation and didnt honour the confirmed price, they didnt speak english, i had to pay cash so I dont know if Expedia will or can reimburse the difference, they were loud at reception keeping me awake and they didnt do the wake up call organize so I was late for my trek pick-up. Nos engañó, llegamos a la dirección y los vecinos dijeron que el hotel no existía, era de noche estábamos cansados y el Uber nos ha tenido que llevar al único hotel que él conocía y como no andábamos mucho efectivo nos tocó pagar un recargo por pagar con tarjeta, es un irresponsable.

Está erroneamente classificado como hotel 3 estrelas no Expedia. Na verdade, é um hostel, e a qualidade do serviço é péssima. As fotos enganam muito. Não há limpeza diária do quarto, não trocam as toalhas, o café da manhã é fraquíssimo, os funcionários não sabem dar informação. E cuidado, porque o proprietário Hugo pode contactar contigo para oferecer passeios e transfers com descontos, e depois, além do péssimo serviço, vai querer cobrar adicionais. Não recomendo!

Principalmente el desayuno no es de lo mejor, un par o panes duros un poco de mermelada, dos bolitas de mantequillas y listo. En el baño donde nos quedamos se tapaba con aguas y quedaba todo el piso mojado. Lo único bueno es la ubicacion súper central a plaza de armas.

No me dejaron alojarme en el hotel me atendieron en la recepcion y me dijeron apenas entre que tengo que pagar 70 soles que son mas de 18 dolares pero ya me habian descontadolos 18 dolares de mi tarjeta debito a lo que ellos dijeron fue que es culpa de expedia que siempre tienen problemas con ustedes que ellos no han recibido ningun pago y no solo fue conmigo tambien sucedio con una de origen oriental y le hacen lo mismo a los yuristas y denuncie a la policia pero dijrron que el problema es de esta aplicacion

Todo excelente! Mucha preocupación en todo aspecto por parte del dueño, además el hotel está muy buen ubicado ya que está cerca de muchos lugares turísticos, no hay ruido externo para un buen descanso, además el dueño nos ayudó a encontrar paquetes turísticos a un excelente precio! Lo recomiendo

Buen lugar.
Buena atención, algunas cosas por mejorar. La atención en general fue muy buena. Hugo es súper amable y preocupado de todo. Las habitaciones son limpias al igual que los baños. El extractor de nuestro baño no funcionaba y lamentablemente la ventilación no es la mejor. El desayuno deja mucho que desear, solo quisimos hacer uso de ese servicio un día y era muy escuálido, el pan que nos sirvieron estaba duro y viejo. Creo que eso es lo que más deben mejorar. La ubicación es buenísima, queda muy cerca de la plaza de Cuzco y de negocios, restaurantes y farmacias, por lo que pudimos recorrer casi todo lo que queríamos visitar caminando y sin necesidad de usar taxi. Queda a unos 20 minutos en taxi del aeropuerto y Hugo coordinó muy bien el traslado hasta el hospedaje el día que llegamos. El personal del hospedaje en general fue muy amable siempre. Recomendado.
