Basic, but comfortable and good service
The staff aRe friendly and the beds are cozy. The hotel was basic but included everything we needed for our stay. It's about a mile away from the main square, but the area is safe and prices nearby are much cheaper than closer in. When we first arrived it was difficult to find because there is no sign, but it's an orange/black building next to a kindergarten.

I did not stay. When chaquing in I noticed the furniture in the lobby full of stains, very dirty, so I asked to see the room first before paying. Room had a strong smell to urine. I rush out. It took me two hours to find this hotel, they don’t have a sign outside. When I mentioned this to the stuff, his answer was there is the street number that is visible which is the wrong number BTW.

Nuevo lugar simpático con los colores y muy tranquilo! No muy lejos de la plaza del armas. La habitación donde estaba era un poco oscuro como no tenía ventana. La primera noche no tenía agua caliente y el día siguiente por la mañana el agua era solo un poco caliente!

Mejorar atención
El hotel es bonito y bien ubicado las camas cómodas, pero tienen que mejorar mucho en el servicio... La primera noche la habitación no tenía cortina de ducha nos dijeron que la pondrían por la tarde y no lo hicieron... En l otra de nuestras habitaciones no había cable y al reclamarlo nos dijeron que esperemos a que se desocupe otra habitación para poder ponerlo lo cual ocurrió luego de 2 noches, traten de no quedarse en la habitación 14 por que esta al lado del dormitorio de los encargados del hotel y su niño llora desde las 5 am, no tienen limpieza de habitación luego del medio día así que no se queden dormidos. Como cuestión positiva contrate un tour con ellos en el cual tuve inconvenientes y la encargada me devolvió el 50% de lo que pague.
