Our stay was comfortable and good value. We slept very warmly, with blankets and doonas provided. Beds are comfy and room was a good size for a reasonable price. Breakfast was terrific and staff were really helpful and super courteous. Staircases around the property are wooden, so there does tend to be some early morning stomping around. Biggest let down though is the bathroom, which has obviously been treated for black mould in the past and the damp is taking hold again in our room, with paint peeling and patches of black that made us not really want to extend our stay. We were offered another room, but it was next to the breakfast room that runs 6:30-9:30am, so we declined. It’s a shame. Otherwise it’s a great little hotel that’s a bit quieter than most!

Muy bien ubicado y con fácil acceso a la plaza , el punto negativo que pensamos es que no tiene enchufe en las áreas comunes, está ubicado en las zonas de las discotecas por lo general , muy buen servicio

El hotel cuenta con buena ubicación las personas de los servicios muy amables todos pero lamentablemente los cuartos sucios tuve q pedir q me cambiaran las sabanas y cobijas y solo las sábanas lo hicieron, el cuarto era oscuro y por la noche entraba la luz q no dejaba dormir, pedi q me cambiaran a otra habitación y todo esta bien mas grande y mejor luz. Por la noche escuche a otros huéspedes q por favor le limpiaran el baño. Lo único recomendable es la ubicación y la amabilidad de las personas el resto no.

Overall, good stay. Staffs are nice
Good location for tourists because it's closed to the center of tourist area. However, the street outside is too narrow, the bar is noisy at night outside the hotel. Once you are in the room, no problem. The front desk staffs are nice and helpful.

This is a wonderful hotel right in the middle of town! No need for a car; bring good walking shoes and enjoy exploring on foot. The main square, parks, a large market, food, and drinks all only a block or two away. Wonderfully friendly staff! Hot coca tea always available in the lobby and good free breakfast! Clean rooms and lobby. Always felt safe at night walking back to the hotel from main square alone as it is a somewhat lively street, not dark and scary. However, noise was never an issue! Slept well each night.

Disapointing hotel in Cusco
Bad choice for stay in Cusco. Beside a club (and the clubs close at 7am in Cusco). We lost water in our room each night we stayed there (3 nights). Our room was lighted all night long by the lignting of the hotel.

서비스로 노력은 했으나 냄새나는 방
일단 객실이 지하에 있어서 그런지 곰팡이 냄새같은 냄새가 너무 나서 호텔을 옮길까 하다가 귀찮아서 그냥 있었음 직원들은 매우 친절하고 서비스도 열심히 해 주려 하는데 냄새를 없애주지는 못함 방안 불도 너무 어둡고, 유리창에 블라인드가 쳐져 있는데 안에서 불을 켜면 밖에서 다 보인다는걸 마지막날 알게 됨 뜨악 ~~~ 히터기는 무료로 제공 바로 앞에 디스코텍 이 새벽 6시까지 하니 거기 가실 분들은 숙박하면 편할듯 ㅎ

Mittelmäßiges Stadthotel nahe der Plaza de Armas
Superlage nahe an der Plaza de Armas, Hauszustand eher mäßig (teils baustellenartig), Betten mit doppelten schweren Wolldecken + großer breiter Daunendecke belegt, die keine Bewegung ermöglicht und so beängstigend war. Trotz Entfernung waren diese Decken am nächsten Tag wieder auf dem Bett.

Hotel en réparation, le plancher de la chambre était tellement mou qu’on avait peur de passer au travers. La chambre est très petite et mal éclairée. Le lit semblait mal propre et était court, difficile de s’allonger les jambes.

Não recomendo
Local necessita de uma reforma urgente. Ambiente velho, mal conservado, sujo. Quarto muito frio, roupa de cama velha com aspecto de suja, travesseiros desconfortáveis. Solicitei um transfer para meu filho que viajava sozinho, o funcionário me assegurou que providenciaria e que não me preocupasse. Embora eu tenha dado todas as informações sobre o voo, e ele tenha afirmado que monitoraria a chegada pela internet, ninguém apareceu. O pior é que não deram nenhuma explicação sobre o ocorrido. No check out a funcionária não sabia operar a máquina de cartão de crédito. Funcionários são aparentemente muito simpáticos, porém não resolveram nossas solicitações de forma satisfatória. A localização do estabelecimento é ótima, pena que as instalações não correspondam. Planejavamos ficar lá mais uma noite na volta de Machu Picchu. Desistimos e contratamos outro hotel.

No lo recomiendo.
Tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación porque la primera estaba sucia, las camas tenían pelo y no parecían cambiadas. La primera noche tuvimos frío, hay que pedir calefacción para que la lleven. El hotel está en zona de discotecas, las llaves que te dan hacen ruidos y si llega el de la habitación de al lado tarde en la noche sus llaves suenan al abrir y te pueden despertar. Y están en remodelación así que no se parece a la foto que presentan. No tenían suficiente personal para atender. Y de las 2 veces que pedimos despertador una no llamaron para despertarnos. Lo positivo fue que nos hicieron temprano desayuno (6:00) uno de los días que nos tocó madrugar para ir a un tour.
