I really loved the location, the staff and the price. It can be loud at times, as in the walls must not be insulated at all ie people with the very early or late arrivals/ checkouts, doors slamming and music from a bar close by until wee hours. I did manage to get somewhat used to all that and slept pretty well as I stayed for over a week off & on storing my luggage when I needed to. The complimentary breakfast was nice and staff was great always willing to help when you needed. I would recommend if you’re looking for location, cleanliness and economy budget.

Hotel location is best close by plaza mayor de Cusco. You can get anything there like Restaurants, giftshops , Bars , Tourist Agencies for you to choose. Water pressure is best. Hot water just 2 second after you turn in on in the shower. Bed is very comfortable. Room is a little bit small for 2 people. Towers are not enough.

This property had a great location, 2 min walk from the main square. The property in general is very outdated. Room was ok, with narrow window to court yard, was very cold and dark. Bathroom was good size but very cold and dark. The heater was provided upon the request. Breakfast was decent. I purchased tours with the hotel front desk, prices were good, tours picked up us from hotel. The hotel provided with to go breakfasts when we were leaving early for tours, that was very nice touch.

Location is super convenient and easy access to Plaza de Armas. It is a little close to a discoteque, so depending on which room one gets, the noise levels can be a bit high for light sleepers. Staff is exteremely friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.

The property is old. It is clean but do not expect the best. Noise outside of room was very loud from the bars to people checking in late. Also the room has no ventilation other than a window that opens up to the court yard where everyone walks by. It is very convenient location for the price. But I would not stay there again. I was there for one night. The staff is nice and helpful.

Came 6.30 in the morning on the bus. My room was not ready, but they hadde one free that I borrowed for a couple of hours, to take a shower and a rest. Changed to have breakfast this morning instead of next. Left my luggage there, as I had a tour to Machu Picchu. Came back late in the evening, got my room and should have a shower and a rest. No water om bathroom and music from a bar close by. Left early, this time for a trip to Rainbow Mountain.

En la habitación 106 donde me hospedé, mucha húmeda hay moho en el baño y en las paredes que están pegada al pasillo y ventana, no tiene ventilación , tuve que llamar a mi médico primario en miami, para que me dijera que podía hacer con respecto a la alergia , cuando me faltaba 2 noches me ofrecieron cambiar de habitación, pero ya era tarde el problema de salud ya estaba causado y tomando medicina para la alergia .
