The hotel is close to all the restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Only a few minutes away from the center. Staff are very helpful and Alan who works a the front desk went out of his way to help me out. Hight recommend Casa Andina Standard Cusco Koricancha!!

The rooms are fine the staff is lovely.. The walls and floors are thin and noise from above and around travels quickly if you are a light sleeper this can definitely be an issue.. Throughout the night it sounded like people were bowling above us.. While in the bathroom I was listening to a radio through the wall.

Excellent location
This isn't one of Casa Andina's Premium hotels, and you can tell that by the slightly dated sanitary ware etc, but it has all you need. The rooms have TWO shower rooms en suite (both with WC and basin) which I've never seen before, but is useful for two people getting ready at the same time. There is also a separate sitting area which might be useful for a child. There is no restaurant but the Casa Andina Premium is just a few steps down the road with a restaurant, and actually I recommend crossing the road a few steps up to Le Soleil restaurant - with French/Peruvian fusion cuisine it was superb. A slight downside was that the lights outside one of our rooms was on sensors, and without a curtain at one of the windows it meant that we were woken up when someone else went by to their room. In the main, however, it was quiet, with rooms facing the courtyard, not the busy road. Ask for an upstairs room if you are sensitive to the sound of people moving above you. The service couldn't be faulted, and the location is great, just 10 mins walk to the cathedral maximum, with everything else close by. Breakfast was fine with good choice, and the complimentary coca tea was nice to have. Wifi was good!

Best situation for a bungled booking
When we arrived, it turns out that the hotel didn't have our booking in their system, and they were booked out solid for one of the nights! Despite this, they managed to swing us over to another property in the same chain (an upgrade for no extra cost!), which was great and made for a pleasant stay! These guys are on the ball and made the best of what could have been a bad situation. Thanks Casa Andina!

Nice hotel, bit noisy
Love the hotel, the room and bathroom are good. Unfortunately, the room face the street and we got a lot of noise from there. Make sure you get an inside room. We plan to stay here again

This hotel is a 3 star and that is as much as you'll get quality wise. Gabriela at the the Front Desk was really nice and accommodating and I believe was the only one who spoke English from the staff. I would have given a 4 star review to the hotel expect that on our last day we woke up to someone knocking next door repeatedly and calling a "Carlita" non-stop, 20 minutes after that you could hear Housekeeping going into the nearby rooms and making noise, the walls are really thin I guess. Therefore, if you're not going to wake up early to go to a tour, don't think you'll be able to sleep as much as you'd like.

It is located right in the heart of the city
though the hotel is small and old designed but the room was very clean and cozy. The heater may be a bit old though I switched it to high and yet it was still cold in the room. The staff are helpful and they were a few of them could speak good English, it was of great help to me. The hotel should have a mini first aid kit which contains plasters , medications for diarrhea , headache . it will come into handy at this altitude of 3400m.
