"Check in was a problem they didn't know about my stay.... I had to email booking confirmation. Shower room is too tiny, only one bath towel. Air-conditioner not working... Breakfast setting is a joke 😭😭 juice is warm, their quality of is really disappointing.... The noise.... The pool area is too close to the room I was in and the conference room oh my word the noise from the people using these facilities, the sheets and towels are not changed. "Could see that this used to be great (when photos were taken) While it was was mostly clean, there was a lot that didn’t live up to the promise or what we paid for. Lots of stains too. The bed linen is specifically tired and needing replacement - in no ways can it be called premium. There was no Wi-Fi and no bathtub - also both mentioned in the property description for the superior cottage (Crane Cottage). Convenient for the hockey festival at Michaelhouse and beautiful views but can’t say...
