"This property was perfect for our stay. We work nights normally so staying out all night and bar hopping and mingling with the locals was exactly what we were looking to do. Came into town for a wedding and was able to walk everywhere and sight see. We did a ghost bar crawl, the bizarre museum and danced all night at the reef cafe. This particular weekend was the Riverwalk festival and we were able to shop at all the vendors and enjoy some carnival food as well. We created a lot of fun memories....

"Fredonia on Front is a quick walk to downtown and is in a beautiful historic neighborhood. It’s the perfect size for two. The unit is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The owners were very welcoming with the basket of goodies provided (including ear plugs), email to check up on our stay, and responded promptly to our request. The only negatives for me were the traffic noise and the bedroom blinds, but I am a light sleeper. My husband was just fine."

"The location was perfect for what I wanted. The floors and dishes were not clean when we checked in. The a/c unit was incredibly loud and obnoxious. The mattress was hard. Not firm, but hard. Other than the location, I would not recommend. "

"An absolutely wonderful location for enjoying everything historic Wilmington has to offer. Walking distance for so many restaurants, shops, and attractions. Parking one block away but easy to access to get in and out by car as needed. When loading or unloading there was space in the actual building lot to do so. Tag containing electronic access to parking garage was available in apartment when unloading. Only slight downside was the noise of River Street on weekends for those sleeping on the...

"The loft was clean & pictures as shown. Few small things with instructions would have made the access/trip easier-exact location of parking deck, where to put trash, tolit paper (even just a small amount to get you started after a long drive). The loft was close to lots of restaurants & bars. Very short walk to Cape Fear river where we enjoyed dinner & beautiful sunsets. The biggest downside was the noise level. Very loud all night, every night we were there up until 4am. No fault to owner just...
