Nice central location.
We were treated with respect daily and the staff went overboard to accommodate us. We had a problem in a room-and they promptly gave us a nicer room that was much better.

This hotel is completely worth it for the price. It's in a great location and has everything one needs - a comfortable bed, a hot shower, good wireless internet, and a decent breakfast. Yes, the carpets are dirty and the hallways are very dim, but those things are easy to overlook when you consider the price and the location. I had a nice stay here and would recommend it to the traveler on a budget who is over the whole notion of staying at a youth hostel. Also, my room had two single beds, so it could have been cheaper if i'd been traveling with a friend. One of the staff spoke English very well and was extremely helpful.

Great hotel for the price
This hotel is in a fantastic location. Very close to all most of the major tourist destinations and tons to do around the hotel. Everything is within walking distance which is nice. The staff are friendly. There were some complications with hotel rooms (given wrong one at first) and at one point our door would not open due to the handle being stuck so we had to switch rooms. Staff was prompt to assist with the issue. The hotel room is nice enough for the price (we got 50% off because of a promotion). The showers are pretty old. Breakfast is fantastic if you wake up for it. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel!

Péssima experiência ,a propaganda do site era que o quarto tinha ar condicionado ,dei entrada no hotel ,o quarto não tinha ar condicionado ficava no décimo andar ,era um dia que fazia frio em Curitiba ,a limpeza deixava desejar ,o quarto cheirava mofo ,sem condições de permanecer . Sai no mesmo dia do hotel . Não recomendo.

O Pessoal é gentil e atencioso porém, o único que resolve as coisas pendentes é o Valdir tivemos um contratempo com a estadia de outro hóspede que reservei o quarto duplo e ele cobrou dos dois em separado .. sendo que havia comunicado o Lucas com antecedência para que reservasse o quarto separado como não foi cancelado a reserva dupla ainda colocaram meu outro amigo em outro quarto.. Enfim, nisso realmente fiquei chateada pois avisei antes, mas os funcionários não fazem um esforço sequer pra ajudar a entender a situação do hóspede, não deixam nenhuma observação para o próximo do plantão entender o caso .. Ao sair no check-out ele me passou o recibo eu expliquei novamente o erro a ele e ele ficou de me dar uma resposta e/ou reembolso mas até ontem nada ... a limpeza também deixou a desejar , carpetes em todos os quartos sujos e manchados , quem tem rinite sofre . Sugiro trocar o piso .

Só como última opção!!!
Muito ruim!!! Reservei dois quartos sendo 1 com cama queen e duas de solteiro com ar-condicionado. Chegando no hotel me deram 2 quartos de solteiro sem ar-condicionado e me deram 2 ventiladores portáteis. Num quarto o vaso sanitário estava com defeito e alagou o banheiro. No outro não tinha papel higiênico e ambos os quartos com infestação de cupins viadores. Experiência horrível, só dormi por exaustão as 06:00. Não recomendável nem como última opção, mas só fiquei pois estava com minha mãe idosa e duas crianças de 5 e 4 anos.

Quarto e banheiro sujos, hotel antigo sem reformas. Ao deitar na cama, dá pra sentir as madeiras, pois o colchão é muito fino. As cortinas são menores que o tamanho da janela. O frigobar estava manchado e com cheiro forte, além de estar vazio. Wi-fi não funciona nos últimos andares. Resumindo, nossa experiência não foi boa.

Não gostei das instalações, muito antigas, falta manutenção, no meu quarto tinha vazamento na pia do banheiro, o box era tão apertado que mal dava para se movimentar lá dentro. O café da manhã muito fraco, as funcionárias da cozinha mal humoradas, os hóspedes ainda estavam tomando seu café e elas já estavam retirando as coisas, no segundo dia o pão estava duro. Os funcionários da recepção foram muito educados e solicitos.

Hotel antigo e escuro, mas otimo atenatendimento
O quarto estava limpo, mas se você busca por um hotel com móveis novos e ambiente claro, não vá para esse hotel. Os móveis são muito antigos e alguns até corroídos por cupins. Não há frigobar funcionando no quarto e a iluminação é muito fraca.
