Old but cheap hotel
The hallway smelled of cigarettes, despite being a non-smoking area. The toilet was clogged. I asked for the room change and I was promptly taken care of. The mattresses are very old and the body "sinks" at lay down. The air-conditioner was smelly. The breakfast is very good, and some attendants were very helpful.

Simplesmente muito ruim.
Estrutura do hotel é velha e mal conservada. O quarto tem um armário sem portas, frigobar desligado e com cheiro ruim, as camas são tipo box mas com colchões antigos, tem uma ante sala com um sofá vermelho sujo. O banheiro foi reformado e mal acabado, aspecto de filme de terror e as toalhas pareciam folhas de papel com banho de perfume.

Hotel bom, mais precisa de mais cuidado
Quarto família bem grande, cama confortável. Estavamos em 4 hospédes conforme informado na reserva, e no quarto tinha apenas 1 toalha de banho, ligamos e nos mandaram mais 3, porém se é um quarto família com 2 camas de casal e 1 de solteiro, qual a lógica de ter 1 toalha só. Teto tava bem sujo, cheio de teias e puera grudada, com um aspirador da pra limpar. Localização boa. Estacionamento tem que pagar a parte. Café da manhã bom, restaurante grande.

Tive uma hospedagem horrível, começando pelo check-in que fui atendido com muito desprezo,pelo jeito não sabem receber gender de fora de Curitiba. Aí descobri que eu teria que pagar uma diária de estacionamento, mesmo no anúncio dizer que estava disponível, quando questionei, aí fui tratado com mais desprezo ainda, e ainda disseram que tinha que pagar e pronto, que no site estava errado, pois é, o site está errado porque eles colocaram errado. O quarto era grande, mas com um cheiro horrível, box do banheiro muito nojento, piso madeira todo estufado nas emendas, geladeira cheia de ferrugem, toalhas mais velhas que a minha vó!

Condizente com o preço, mas o anúncio ilude.
Quando chegamos, a recepção queria cobrar novamente a diária, que já estava paga pelo aplicativo. Precisamos abrir a fatura do cartão para provar o pagamento. A descrição do estacionamento no anúncio induz ao erro de que ele está incluso, quando na verdade é cobrado a parte na chegada. Quarto antigo e não muito confortável, mas ok pelo preço cobrado. Atendimento salvo pelos atendentes do estacionamento, que são prestativos e simpáticos.
