"This hotel was great. Booked a suite and they upgraded us no extra charge. We asked to stay another night - to which they happily let us and we stayed in our upgraded suite. Amazing pool.. amazing hot tub. If we are ever back in Chile we will come here again. 10/10. Breakfast was amazing. View was amazing. Great hotel! "

"Lovely place on the water. Very welcoming host. Cosy and comfortable. Only problem we encountered was that breakfast we ordered did not appear at the specified time and we had to leave with a minimal provision for the money. "

"We originally booked 3 nights, and we're in the old wing. Then, we extended for 2 more nights and stayed in the newer wing, for US$30 more per night. Totally worth it!!! What a view!!! We could just watch the wild life and sunrise from our sofa. The newer wing has an elevator and bigger rooms. Highly recommended!"

"A lot of wonderful things about this hotel. the surrounding natural beauty and the very beautiful dining room and common rooms with stunning views. The wooden deck surrounding the hotel and outside the spa area is somewhat degraded and even rotten in some places by the hot tub. The breakfast is very nice. We only ate dinner there one night but would not recommend. the food was not great and the fish was really not good. An oddity that there was absolutely no information about hikes or things to do nearby. Of course we had the internet but desk staff seemed befuddled by the request for suggestions. Trails behind the hotel can take you down to the water but are poorly marked and there is no map. (bosque and mar arrows are also backwards) Our room had a small balcony to enjoy the view, but oddly no chairs. Bed was comfortable and cozy. Bathroom very spare. Shower was a plastic walk in like in a camper. no shelf or any place to put soap. Bottom line is that the natural beauty is amazing and the common rooms are extraordinary. It's kind of hard to understand though how every review can be 10 out of 10. "

"Budget hotel along very busy street with loud noise most of the day and night. There is no air-conditioning so the window had to be propped wide open compounding the noise issue. The room only cooled diwn well after midnight. They had trouble with our reservation so check-in took quite a while. Free breakfast was ok but a bit sparse."
