"The 2 rooms were newly renovated and were fresh and spacious. The staff were very friendly. We loved the area being within the old precinct. The beds were very comfortable and we requested and were provided additional pillows. It was a short walk from the train station. Our rooms were on the top floor and had picturesque views from the windows. It was definitely worth the stay."

"We arrived late and in the rain. Were made to feel very welcome and nothing was a problem. My heavy bag was able to be stored downstairs and I took only my overnight bag upstairs (no lift). Very convenient to train station. Restaurant atmosphere was fun and food great. Staff are amazing. "

"This is an amazing property with very courteous staff Stayed for one night in a balcony room with lake view. It was superb and the room was significantly big by European standards. The bathroom as luxurious too. Pickup and drop at the station was prompt and proactive. Hotel is located right on the shopping street which as very convenient. Breakfast was good. Very close to the lake and suited our long walks. All in all we had a great stay before boarding the Bernina Express. Would like to come back and stay again for sure . "
