"Well- where do we start. What a location, what a beach, absolute serenity. Tranquility at it's finest. The customer service myself & wife received at this beautiful , stunning resort was world-class. We have never received customer service like that anywhere in the world. They all made us feel very special. We were treated like royalty! The generosity & efforts they spoiled us with into celebrating our anniversary is something we will cherish forever xx Every single staff member that was working during our stay at the resort should be commended. The entire staff's warmth & professionalism was exceptional. Whether it be from the foyer- to the dining area- to reception- to the restaurants- to the pool- we were welcomed and made our vacation so special . The champagne celebrations at 6pm sunset were magical. Our experience at St Regis - the way the resort staff serviced us- should be a global template on how 5 star hotel customer service should be executed. We cannot THANK YOU enough. We have already told so many family & friends about the St Regis Goa after our amazing stay. "

"It was aamazing stay. The staff were hospitable right from the word go. The moment we reached we were welcomed by Alisa and her colleague and they went through a well run check in service. Food was excellent and on our day one we were welcomed by Aftab introduced us to Tempora , a traditional Goan cuisine restaurant in the village square. Aftab was excellent throughout our stay and Karan & Mahabe ensured that we were well looked after. There were different culinary options available including the Royal Afgan grill and the Kebab section. Soma in the spa was equally skinned and welcoming when it came to Ayurvedic massage. We would strongly recommend staying at ITC grand Goa. "

"Taj Exotica in South Goa is a beautiful and quiet property. Clinston a staff in the restaurant ,front Manager and the gentleman working in the travel desk were also kind and bent backwards to help us. The staff were welcoming extremely helpful. The only issue we had was the transport back to the Airport at GOI on the way we wanted to visit the Birla temple ,unfortunately it was closed ,the opening time was not known it was only a short detour as it was on the opposite side of the road ,we could not get down from the car but still we were charged Indian Rs 600/=. we were told that we needed to pay the driver extra for the visit it was on the highway to the airport . As we could not visit the temple as they do not open until 1700 in the evenings"

"Lovely place, great service, only not so good thing I have to say is it was quite expensive to eat and drink there and the taxi service they use is a rip-off. In example I got a taxi from the hotel to Gopa airport in North Goa about 1 hour and 15 minutes, I paid 3000 INR in a local taxi, but the hotel taxi was 6000 INR. Nevertheless a lovely hotel with impeccable service."
