"The facility and accommodations are fine. Our experience with check in was rough. We were given info that check in time was 2pm so we arrived at that time. The girl behind the desk told me it was actually 3pm. Understandable but how I was told and it was handled was not good. It was not explained to me that that was their policy and their system would not allow, I was told only that it was 3pm and she was not going to check me in. People skills were quite lacking.
