"The manager was very nice and immediately responded to our questions and calls. When we arrived, the temperature in the room was 56 degrees. The last night we were there, the room contained a lot of cigarette smoke, that seemed to come from the heat duct. we left the door open and turned off the heat to help clear the air. "First time visiting Bristol, RI and made reservations at the Bristol Inn. Lovely hotel - overlooking harbor and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Though the room we stayed in was not very big, it was comfortable, very clean and the bathroom was quite large."

"The apartment is even better than the photos show! Very charming, comfy, immaculate, with nice amenities. Christy, the hostess, was very generous, helpful as needed, & easy to communicate with. For anyone wanting to enjoy Bristol on foot, the location couldn't be better. Nice neighborhood. We'd stay there again, & recommend it highly."

"For a quality inn the attached restaurant is terrible. I've been on the road for 57 years and this restaurant is 2nd only to the pre 1992 Russian food. Served cool, sent back, horrible, salad must have been from New Year's Eve, but, this was Jan7th. I should have been leery when we were the only ones in there. Totally disappointed even though it's not yours it reflects upon you"

"The stay was nice , the staff was very helpful and answered any and all questions. The staff was professional. The place is located downtown which is good and it's right next to the mall and by the highway. The restaurant inside the hotel was nice was good. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable just needed better pillows and the ceiling would benefit from paint. It was a wonderful getaway and I recommend and would stay again."
