"You have to wake up at 7 am to get a chance at a late check out. Winter has no parking so we went out for the evening and parked at queen street parkade. They look the mall at night. Long cold walk back to hotel. Pool closed for 3 hours during the day is excessive."

"Lovely hotel with an excellent breakfast. Close to downtown attractions. Pillows on beds were very uncomfortable. We were in a group of 6 and we all felt the same way about pillows. Unfortunately, it adversely affected our rest. If I stay again, I would bring my own pillow for sleeping. "
