"Unfortunately we were there as the same time as two large groups who were very loud and we came down for breakfast twice with nowhere to sit. Had I looked more closely at the photos, I may have realized the basic double room had NO bathroom door, the toilet was almost directly in front of the bed and the sink was tiny. There were no night tables or chairs, nothing to put your suitcases on other than the floor. This was ok for one night before the cruise the next day. It is too far to walk to...

"Bon hôtel avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très convenable. Alesio, le gérant de l’hôtel est très gentil et disponible. Sur place, il y a un restaurant très très bon. Je vous recommande de rester à celui-ci et de ne pas aller voir ailleurs. Nous avons été déçu à chaque fois que nous mangions à l’extérieur. Nous y sommes restés deux nuits. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité. 10 minutes de la plage et rue marchande à deux minutes."

"The Playa Nueva Romana is excellent in every respect. The host, Linette, was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the stay. I commend her good communication skills and though fullness. "The property was great Fabio and his family were excellent. It is a little far away from anything and cabs are hard to get but I really didn’t try that hard. I found that if I walked to the road there was always someone eating to give me a ride into town on the back of a motorcycle for 200 pesos. Very good value and relaxing cabins are really cool. I enjoyed myself. If you want a nice relaxing time it’s the place if you like to party then it is not a good match. I recommend it for sure. "
