"This place was fantastic ! We stayed 4 nights and had the loveliest time. We happened to be there when the second hurricane hit Cuba and there was no electricity with heavy rain on Trinidad. Our hostess made us coffee when we hadn’t taken the breakfast option. She was helpful and kind and the room spacious, clean and comfortable. It is super well located and we loved our stay there. We were 2 friends traveling from France. "

"A family run hostal, Good location to walk but noisy during the night from the bar close to house, people talking very loudly during the night in the bar and park. Could not sleep... Very clean room with good view, the only issue is shower. Electric shower is producing just warm water enugh for shower but not good if you like real hot water in the shower. The water pressure is not good also. I recommend to stay here because of location and very helpful owner if you don't mind about the noise....

"We arrived from a hurricane covered in bites and were told there was a problem and we may not have a room and jose the owner was quite rude to me because I was upset especially cuz so miserable physically and continued to be throughout my interaction with him the three nights we stayed there and thats why we left two nights early without any reimbursement The only other thing was there was no hot water The place itself is beautiful and breakfast very good and all of the other staff friendly"

"Room was dirty and we found animals foeces on our bed between linen and mattress. Poor welcome from host, they didn't even come to check us out and they where unable to give us much informations whatsoever. We only stayed because the position is very convenient (really central) and we needed to book by card, otherwise we wouldn't have. I do not recommend staying here. "
