We decided to go to the Marina del Rey area, as it was far enough from the fires that air quality might be better. This apartment was perfect for us - husband, teen daughter and small dog. Bedrooms were spacious, kitchen was adequate (I did bring my own knives and a couple of higher quality pans), and we enjoyed having laundry available. "We did not stay at this location during March 14-16th . The host called us on Friday the day of our check in & said there was a plumbing issue & we could not use the place . It was a huge inconvenience to try & find another hotel at the last minute .We were invited to book a property by the host in a completely different area at an extra 100 fee so my family all thought we had been scammed . "I was lucky to be able to book this place while attending a conference at the LB Convention Center. It was just the perfect spot, clean, beautiful, safe and near the LBCC. I took an uber twice and it ranged from 7-10 depending on the time. I walked to the Convention center the other days, a beautiful 10-12 min walk. The host was very prompt to respond to any questions and we didn't have any trouble with the check in or check out. I would highly recommend this place and will gladly stay here...
