Condominium B in the Holler

We welcome you to unique upscale Condominiums in the Holler. The building was constructed over an urban aqueduct in early 1900s. In 2023, the condominiums were designed and constructed in the ground level which is sixteen steps below street level. In the early 1900s this space was used as a hardware store. Located in the heart of the city, walk across the street to popular venues, restaurants, shopping, spas, places of worship and conveniently located to local attractions/parks.
The space
The building was constructed over an urban aqueduct in early 1990s. A hardware store occupied the space, the open basement area was used for storing bananas, produce, seeds, and store supplies. This area of the city was called the Holler. Throughout the years, the street level commercial spaces housed many different businesses. In 2022, BBR purchased the building and renovated the street level commercial units, restoring original ceiling tins and hardwood floors. In 2023, the two ground level (16 steps below the street) condominiums were designed and completed in the previous open storage space. The condominiums were designed around unique features that remain from the 1900s hardware storage. The condos were decorated applying local history and showcasing artists and the community.
Guest access
Guests may enjoy the outdoor patio and the common green space. Outdoor string lights are on a timer from 4:30-9:30PM and can be adjusted by the host upon request.

Wedding weekend
Working with Rhonda was so easy. She responded quickly to any questions I had about our stay. I rented both Condo A and Condo B. Both units are beautiful and very convenient to everything in Cullman. I highly recommend renting these 2 units for your next trip to Cullman.
