Private beachfront with panoramic ocean views - a touch of 'Burradise'

North facing and private, absolute beachfront in Culburra Beach with direct access to one of the last remaining unspoilt beaches in NSW. This property is renowned as having one of the best outlooks of the beach as no house borders and blocks the eastern side, which is extremely rare for the area.

Relax and enjoy the panoramic ocean views from the 52sq/m north facing timber deck whilst the kids and/or dogs play in the fully fenced yard. Admire the resident dolphins as they play in the waves and migrating whales from the best seat on the beach.

The views continue in the spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with 3 main bedrooms plus a huge combined bedroom/rumpus room, separate reading area with its own lounge and 2 bathrooms with separate toilet. Two of the bedrooms face the ocean that lulls you to sleep. Bliss!

Everything you need for the perfect getaway:

• Direct access to the beach from the fully fenced flat yard in front of north facing deck makes it perfect for children & pets
• Weber BBQ + outdoor furniture + outdoor shower on the deck
• Lounge Room = new 55" smart TV with Foxtel and soundbar with subwoofer to stream your favourite tunes + with super comfy leather lounges
• Large kitchen with a view has stainless steel oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas cooktop, pod coffee machine, large new fridge with basic pantry items supplied
• Indoor dining with large table, comfy chairs + highchair (on request)
• Bed 1 = queen bed facing ocean with ceiling fan + heater
• Bed 2 = double bed with sunny outlook and ceiling fan + heater
• Bed 3 = 2 king single beds facing ocean with ceiling fan + heater
• Bed 4/Rumpus room = 2 king single beds with lounge, smart TV and ceiling fans + heater
• Bath 1 = separate shower and bath with plenty of storage
• Separate toilet
• Bath 2 = combined laundry with easy to operate washing machine and dryer + shower and toilet
• All linen and bath towels are supplied and professionally laundered (see note below)

In a perfect location:

• 2 min drive to Culburra shops with Woolworths, bottle shop, cafes, bakery, restaurants + other local shops
• 2 min walk to 'Food and More' for papers, takeaway and deli items
• 20 mins to Jervis Bay and Nowra
• Short drive to the famous oysters and fresh seafood at Greenwell Point, wineries, restaurants, multiple golf courses etc

Set up for the cooler months with a powerful gas heater in lounge room, plus column heaters, extra doonas and blankets in the bedrooms with the benefit of sun streaming in during the day due to our north facing position.

PLEASE NOTE:
• No groups of people under 25 (incl schoolies), no parties or big group gatherings (incl weddings)
• A linen laundry fee of $20pp is charged for bookings above 2 people and it will appear in the booking as "additional guests" e.g. a 4 person booking will show an additional charge of $40, 6 is $80 etc
• Pet owners must pick up after their dogs as this is not the cleaners responsibility

The perfect beach house!

The Beach House with Everything!
This gorgeous house right on Culburra beach makes it easy to enjoy swimming, beach walks, golfing, horse riding, scenic drives, excellent local food options and more. We absolutely loved our break and were thrilled that we could bring our dogs. Highly recommend this house.

Well-maintained home with stunning ocean views
Our stay was just awesome. The house was well-maintained, clean, tidy, comfortable and has magnificent views of the ocean with a short private access to the beach. The communication with the property owner was great too. The yard is fully fenced making it secure for our two goldens. We would certainly stay there again.

Had a great week at this house which had the best view. The easy access to beach and stunning sunrises were fantastic. Love every thing about it and look forward to staying again in the future. Andy was a fantastic host and very responsive to every question asked the property was everything it said it was. If you are looking for a get away I would highly recommend staying at this property it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Just Perfect
We stayed for 4 days in September. The location was our main priority and this did not disappoint at all it was perfect. BREATHTAKING VIEWS
My family and I recently stayed here and had the best time. The home is perfectly positioned to provide the most incredible views with a private path down to the dog friendly beach. The beds are very comfortable, everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Andy was a pleasure to deal with regarding any and all questions. A fabulous short break !
We had a top time at your place - we, and our dog loved it and the privacy was brilliant. Everything was easy and excellent ! It reminded me of the beach holidays I had as a kid. Culburra is definitely a wonderful place, still with the sleepy township feel (at least during the week and out of school holidays). The fresh oysters and prawns were to die for!

Incredible, location, view and completely family and dog friendly.
This property was everything we dreamed of in a holiday home. With small kids, we spend a lot of time at our home accomodating naps and it was the perfect place to be, with a water view, a lovely deck to relax on, a direct path to the beach and a fence all around the garden, plus ceiling fans. Everything was beautifully clean, house was very private and totally practical and functional - with everything we needed. We’re hoping to book for the same time next year!
