Situated in one of the most magnificent locations within Culburra Beach, Neptune is an absolute beachfront pet-friendly property with spectacular ocean and beach views. Only a one minute walk down a set of steps in the back garden and you’ll be sinking your toes into the golden sands of beautiful Warrain Beach (or if you prefer you can visit stunning Culburra Beach, a five-minute walk away).
What’s more, you are only a 10 min drive to the world famous white sands of Jervis Bay. There you can swim, surf, boogie board or just float under perfect blue skies whilst your four-legged friend runs for kilometres and the kids splash in the waves. In winter you can sip a glass of red and snuggle up around the combustion fire in the living room.
When you do come inside your only difficulty will be deciding how to relax. With two separate TV rooms, both adults and kids will be happy. Maybe kick back on the couch and enjoy a DVD or Netflix on the big screen TV in the living room. Or instead, head off to the huge games room where you can enjoy a game of pool or table tennis.
If some tunes outside are more your style there's a rechargeable Bluetooth speaker that you can take anywhere in the house. Whilst the kids and the dog play you can be busy uploading your amazing holiday photos using the complimentary unlimited wifi whilst cooling off under the air conditioning. Outside the chef of the family can show off their culinary skills on the BBQ before the family gathers around to laugh, tell tales and enjoy a memorable feast.
When it’s finally time to hit the hay, you’ll find 5 bedrooms with mattresses as soft as clouds, warm showers and extra pillows and blankets if you need them. Upstairs you'll find a stunning master suite with amazing views of the ocean. You can even take a spa bath whilst taking in the ocean views! For more than 14 guests there is a double sofa bed in the TV room which can be closed off for total privacy.
Before you head out for the day be sure to enjoy a lazy holiday breakfast in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. For caffeine addicts, there is the bonus of a top of the range dual boiler Sunbeam Coffee machine with complimentary ground coffee.

Important Information:
- Bedroom 4 is a Tri Bunk (1 x Double below and 1 x Single on top)
- Bedroom 5 is only accessible via the master bedroom suite so is ideal for a couple with two children.
- The steps to access the beach are steep - young children and the elderly should be supervised. Please use at own risk.
- Whilst the property is pet-friendly there is no fencing on the beach side. All other sides are fenced and there are secure courtyards for dogs at the front and side of the house.
- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Fencing: The property has front yard fenced only and pets will need to be actively supervised
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom, main living area and games room.
- We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.
- This is a families only property - to stay here you must be a group of adults with children (intergenerational family groups may be considered). This is not a party house. Loud noise, parties and disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. This property is in a quiet residential area with neighbours in close proximity.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
- We reserve the right to request photographic proof of id such as driver’s license or passport.
