In Jardines de Palomares urbanization, in the village of Palomares, with a communal pool (open in summer) and garden areas. Several bars and restaurants and a supermarket in the village. The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes away by car.

IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 kWh / day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. 1 pet / reservation allowed. Youth groups are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH). smoking in the apartment is not allowed.

Excellent winter let
Large ground floor apartment with a lovely garden which allows sun or shade throughout the day Well equipped butcould do with a few additions e.g. small pan with lid, book of information to cover such things as operation of the T.V/ microwave. Had problems with getting U K TV to begin with but property manager very good at sorting it out. Underground car park space position quite tricky for a large SUV Altogether a very enjoyable, comfortable stay
